- Take suji and curd mix well... Make batter.. Add salt..
- Prepare tadka and add it in batter of idli...
- Make idli with this batter by adding eno in it
- Now cut the idli
- Chopped all veggies
- Take a vessel add oil..
- Saute all the veggies and sezwan sauce..all sauces in it
- Saute it for 2 minutes
- Now add chopped idlies in this
- Mix well... Chinese idli is ready
- Sprinkle grated cheese.. Kids like cheese.. Serve it with juice or tea
