  1. Wash & peeled the bananas.cut in small peices.
  2. Fry it in butter till golden.
  3. In a Heat pan put oil,let it hot.add cumin, cracle it.add garlic, onions Fry it pink.
  4. Add Green chilli, tomatoes,saute it.add salt.
  5. Add all dry spices,cook it with the help of little water.add almond, cardamoms paste.
  6. Add khoya,mix it.add fried banana.add garam masala.
  7. Add curd,& malai,mix it.put 1 cup water let it boil 2 miniutes.
  8. Remove it from the flame.put it in a serving bowl.garnish it with malai,& coriander leaf.
  9. It it can be taken any time of food.
