- Finally add boiled, mashed potatoes & mix it well.
- Now take some portion from dough & roll it like roti.
- Spread potato mixture evenly on the roti
- Then roll it & cut it into pieces.
- Make a thick batter of flour, semolina,salt & water.Dip the samosa in it.
- Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it.
- Serve it hot with sauce.
