- 1 1/2 cups coriander leaves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 green chili

- salt pepper and for flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala

- Wash the mint and coriander leaves in water and drain.
- Dry fry cumin in pan and keep aside to cool.
- Chop Coriander and mint finely. Add cumin to a blender jar and powder.
- Whisk yogurt, mint, coriander, cumin, Chaat masala and chilli in medium bowl to blend.
- If desired you can add few chopped onions or cucumber pieces.
- Season raita to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Before serving sprinkle a pinch of Chaat on top. Serve best with Biryani and cut onions as shown below.
