- 2 cup Besan
- 1/2 cup Suji/rava
- 1/2 cup Sour Curd
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- as per taste Salt

- 1 cup Oats (any brand) I have used safola veggies Masala oats
- 2 Boiled potatoes
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green chilies finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2-3 tsp Corn flour or maida
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- Oil for shallow fry
- Ingredients for burger preparation :
- Salad leaves or cabbage leaves
- slices Onion round thin
- slices Tomato round
- Beetroot slices (optional)
- Green chutney /mayonnaise spread
- Tomato sauce
- Processed cheese /any cheese
Steps to make to make Cheese & oats Indian burger
- Mix all ingredients of burger in a bowl. Make thick paste as we make for pakode. Rest it for 15 minutes.
- Heat nonstick Tawa. Pour 2 ladle full of batter. Spread evenly 1/4 inch thick burger. Drizzle some oil. Roast both sides until brown & crispy.
- Mash potatoes. Add all ingredients of Patti. Mix all properly. Apply oil on your palm and form round Patti.
- Heat pan. shallow fry these patties till golden brown and crispy.
- For Platter : place one Besan burger. Spread mayonnaise /green chutney. Then cabbage/salad leave+onion slice. Then place one oats patti. Spread tomato sauce. Shredded cheese on it. Place tomato slice. Then beetroot slice. At last place spread mayonnaise sauce on another Besan burger. Place it. Press with your hands & Sprinkle shredded cheese on it. Serve Indian burger with tea or any soft drink.
