- Marinated the mutton with onion slices 1/2 cup, 1 tbsp garlic paste,1 tbsp ginger paste,1 tbsp termeric,1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp Coriander and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, yogurt and oil in a large mixing bowl atlist 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and add potato and fry it till golden brown & set aside.
- Heat oil/ghee in another deep pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole and all the spices and satue till the fragrent.

- Add green chilli and satue and cover and cook 5-7 min.
- Add marinated mutton and mix it. Cover and cook 10-15 min.
- Cover and cook again 15-20 min. Add fried potato and mix it.
- Then add water and transfer the presssure cooker and cooked it for 2-3 whistle or cover and cooked in the pan atlist 90 min till the mutton is coomplitly cooked.
- Garnished and serve hot the delicious dish with boiled rice.
