  6. Re-fry the pressed potato roundels till they turn reddish brown.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the wok and drain the excess oil on a tissue paper.But don't drain it all. We need the some oil on the potatoes so the spice mix can hold on to the potatoes
  8. Now in a mixing bowl, put in the fried potatoes roundels and the spice mix
  9. Toss it well.Make sure every piece gets a good amount of spice mix on it. (It's the real deal)
