- Heat the oil in pan add cabbage capsicum,carrot,green chilli saute for 2-3 minutes
- Add soy sauce,green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce, black pepper powder,salt and mix well,
- Turn off the flame,let it cool completely
- Apply water to the edges of the sheet on two sides of sheet
- Put a tsp filling and fold it into triangle and close the ends completely
- Fold it and give it nice shape
