- Boiling water throw in the E-Fu noodles for 30secs, take it out and rinse in cold water. If cooked too long noodles will break while stir fry. These noodles has been fried for storage. - Avoid breaking noodles and scoop from bottom to top. Mix well and the noodles will absorb the sauce. When water dried up add in hotbed chives and mix well for 1 to 2 mins.
