- After 3-4 minute add boiled noodles, salt, Paneer, all masala & sauce and cook for approx 5 minutes.
- Veg Chowmin is ready.
- Take maida in a bowl. Add 2 tbs refined oil and salt. Knead with water. Make dough and roll it as long size roti. With the help of knife, cut half portion of roti.
- Now fold roti as samosa and fill Chowmin.
- Heat refined oil in a pan and Dip fry samosa on low medium flame.
- Chinese samosa is ready. Serve with green coriander chutney and imli chutney.
